The Simpan SSPN scheme is a fund scheme established by the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) which encourages Malaysians to save for their children's education needs. The scheme offers various benefits including income tax deduction for the savings. Bank Rakyat is one of the Banks appointed by PTPTN as an agent for this scheme.
