under all sectors to gain access to financing
Application Period
Application opens from 1 January 2016 up to 31 December 2018 or upon approval of financing up to RM2 billion only, whichever is earlier
SME companies across all sectors incorporated under the Companies Act 1965 with at least 51% shares held by Malaysian and shareholders fund of less than RM 20 Million
Profit Rates:
To be determined by the participating FI’s
Financing Limit
Minimum: RM 100,000
Maximum: RM 5.0 Million
Purpose of Financing
The facility is to be used for working capital requirements as well as for capital expenses (CAPEX). The facility cannot be used to refinance existing facility granted by the same or other participating Financial Institutions (FI’s)
Tenure of Financing
For the period of 5 years or until 31 December 2020 whichever is earlier
70% from the Government of Malaysia on financing facilities granted by the participating FIs
